Annual Fresno
BabyFest came
about when a
local mom had an
idea to have a
baby carrier
fashion show to
share the joy of
babywearing with
Fresno area
families...The
idea grew from
just a fashion
show to an
entire festival!
The fashion show
continues to be
central to the
event each year.
The BabyFest
was, and is,
created and
coordinated by a
small group of
local
stay-at-home-moms
who learned
through trial
and error how to
put on what
turned out to be
an extraordinary
event!
The 2004
BabyFest had 43
vendors and 340
attendees.
