All of our advertisements, articles,
and info for the day of the Fresno BabyFest are printed in a magazine that
is handed out at the gate to attendees.
The "Fresno BabyFest Gazette" is a keepsake that people can hold
onto for years to come, keeping your business information at their
finger tips.
The
Gazette has a color cover with black/white pages, and is 8.5
X 11 in size. It contains helpful parenting articles and
advertisements for family friendly businesses, as well as our schedule
of entertainment, BabyFest sponsors, vendors and more...and is handed out
along with our goodie bags, at the gate. Each profit and nonprofit vendor
attending the Fest have a free text listing in the
Gazette (we will use the same text listing we use for your online
listing) and an opportunity to purchase additional ad space. The Gazette will be available all year long in PDF with active
links on FresnoBabyfest.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment for
Gazette ads are separate from booth space signup
Whether you are an actual vendor or a virtual vendor, you will also need
to sign up with our
vendor
directory.
-------------------------------------------------------
Virtual
Vendors--Pay for your Gazette ad here FIRST.
Then you will be given an online coupon to enable you to submit your
free listing with the
vendor
directory. If you don't pay here first, you will not be able to
submit to the directory for free, as you need the coupon for this. The
online directory listing is included with your Gazette ad. MAKE SURE YOU
CHECK YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL FOR THE INFORMATION. (If you don't have access
to this email, please contact me at webmama (at) fresnobabyfest (dot)
com from an email you check regularly. Make sure in your email you let
me know what name will appear on your Paypal receipt.
Actual Vendors--You
may submit your Gazette ad here first or you can submit your
vendor
listing first...either way is fine. When you submit your vendor
listing you will be charged the $75 booth fee.
We do it this way because the Gazette ad
is part of being a virtual vendor, but it is optional for actual
vendors.
